Abstract
Max Weber (1864–1920), a classic author, a sociologist and a specialist in the Russian studies considered that at the beginning of the XX century there was the possibility of integrating Russia and Germany into Western civilization. Following his historical sociology he expected the realization of this possibility from the Russian revolutions.
